Ready to make a real difference in your community? Were looking for a proactive Tenancy Enforcement Officer to join our Neighbourhood Safety and Enforcement team. Youll lead on cases that have escalated beyond non-legal interventions preparing for legal action, working closely with Legal Services, and sometimes advocating in court. What you'll be doing: Preparing legal case files, witness statements and evidence for court. Supporting residents through the legal process and maintaining regular updates. Collaborating with Legal Services and partner agencies to drive cases forward. Ensuring casework is compliant with safeguarding, equality, and legal standards. Championing inclusion and a safe community environment. What we're looking for: Experience managing anti-social behaviour or tenancy enforcement cases. Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and legal processes. Confident in preparing legal evidence and documentation. A confident communicator with a customer-focused approach and an eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
