Sales Administrator Rugeley- WS15 Role and key responsibilities for our Sales Administrator Process sales orders Input sales orders, create necessary paperwork for despatch team Answer incoming calls / emails and direct as appropriate Maintain appropriate contact with assigned trade customers, telephoning for orders, selling in offers/ promotions and new products. Negotiate price and ranges to agreed profit margins and contract periods. Maintain up to date customer contact information on SAGE and CRM systems. Minimum Requirements for our Sales Administrator: Telephone, written, verbal & presentation skills. Data input accuracy – inputting orders into SAGE and planning / prioritising / communication. Commercially savvy – understand order/customer value verse cost of shipping. Good planning skills, ability to organise and prioritise tasks. Numerate & able to understand profitability / product costings.
