Job Title: Agile Coach – Banking & Payments Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach with strong expertise in banking and payment domains to drive Agile adoption and transformation across business and technology teams. The role involves guiding senior stakeholders, mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery teams, while ensuring Agile principles and practices are embedded effectively to deliver value at scale. Key Responsibilities: * Lead Agile transformation initiatives across banking and payment functions. * Coach executives, business stakeholders, and delivery teams on Agile principles, frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, LeSS). * Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer-centric delivery. * Align Agile practices with regulatory, compliance, and financial services requirements. * Support product roadmap execution in payment systems, transaction processing, and digital banking. Required Skills & Experience: * Proven experience as an Agile Coach in banking/financial services (payments, transaction systems, or digital channels). * Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and scaling models (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model). * Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at executive level. * Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills. * Understanding of payment processing, settlement, and compliance regulations is highly desirable
