Brightside Preschool are an Early Years setting who are looking to do things a bit differently we want to make childcare more affordable and accessible to families in our local community! We have been open since January 2023 and, due to increased demand, we need passionate practitioners like you to help us make our setting the best it can be. Practitioners who believe in our vision for the future and want to make a difference. We currently have a child who requires additional support during their sessions and we are looking to recruit a SEN assistant who can provide 1:1 support Monday to Friday from 8:45am to 12pm. Experience with Autism, SEN and 1:1 support would be an advantage. We can offer you: Term time working. Fully funded continued professional development (CPD) and training courses: All staff are trained in Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene and Safeguarding as a minimum. Staff have continuous access to a range of online training courses via the EY Alliance, as well as face to face and live webinar courses according to our training providers' schedules.
