We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to lead a team of 3 junior Project Managers whilst taking full ownership of complex, small-medium value projects across Scotland (up to £40M). As the Lead Project Manager, you will manage the full project lifecycle, from mobilisation through to successful completion and client handover. Leading the planning, scheduling, and implementation of major electrical infrastructure and renewable energy projects.
Acting as the primary client interface, building strong partnerships and ensuring consistent client satisfaction.
Driving performance and managing cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Overseeing all project phases, including:
Start-Up – project mobilisation, stakeholder engagement, planning and resourcing
Proven experience managing large-scale engineering or electrical infrastructure projects, ideally within renewable energy or utilities.
Strong technical understanding of project lifecycle management, scheduling, and risk control.
A consistent track record of delivering complex projects safely, on time, and to specification.
Willingness and flexibility to travel across the UK as needed.
Experience working with LV, MV, and HV electrical systems—including substations—is essential.
