People Systems Analyst - Operations

Overview

We are looking for a People Systems Analyst to join our Operations Team, supporting the global function and working with the HR Community to provide guidance, technical support and people data management services across our HR, ERP, absence and compensation systems (SAP Success Factors, Deltek Maconomy and Lawson).


Key Duties

* Setup and configuration of People Systems that support HR, compensation, and absence management functions.
* Provide support and troubleshooting for HR, compensation and absence management administrative systems.
* Update systems data manually and via bulk upload for mass changes.
* Data auditing/cleansing of HR, compensation and absence management data.
* Administration of talent mobility functionality.
* Administrative support for year‑end processes that support all People Systems and the ERP.
* Build queries, manipulate data, and provide reports and metrics.
* Identify gaps and inefficiencies in process flows and reporting, translating findings into system change requirements and revised business processes.
* Maintain and create HR systems information sites and training materials.
* Participate in testing of People Systems changes related to fixes or major releases.
* Support People Systems projects to ensure enhancements and new systems are delivered successfully.


Essential Skills

* Experience working with People Systems in HR, compensation or absence management functions.
* Background in a People Systems Operations team, providing support to multiple clients, with advanced Excel skills.
* Understanding of HR processes.
* Strong numeracy, attention to detail and high accuracy.
* High standard of customer service.
* Organisational skills with ability to follow processes from start to finish.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, translating raw data into clear information.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to look at the wider picture.
* Adaptable and willing to embrace change.


Desirable Skills

* Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
* Knowledge of SQL, Business Objects and Power BI.
* Proven track record working within an HR or payroll function.
* Experience working in a global organisational environment.
* Exposure to large, complex organisations.
* Ability to run projects and work independently.
