The Opportunity
Trust in SODA is looking for an experienced and ambitious Executive Search Consultant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing retained and exclusive search mandates, building strong relationships with C-suite clients, and delivering exceptional talent solutions.

We're offering up to 50% commissions with no threshold, along with yearly bonuses on top.
Our SODA squad operates out of the UK (London), Ireland (Dublin), Switzerland (Zug), USA (Boston) to deliver a solution-focused, bespoke, personal service to employers and candidates across embedded, SOW, contract, and retained hiring solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside our AI Strategy Consultancy Sorai ( which has been founded by Ex-McKinsey and Deloitte Associate Partners. Our network is very strong, and you will have the opportunity to leverage those relationships and help customers with strategic imperatives and talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage end-to-end executive search assignments from brief to placement
* Conduct in-depth client briefings to understand strategic hiring needs
* Identify, engage, and assess senior-level talent using market mapping, networking, and headhunting techniques
* Present qualified shortlists and candidate insights to clients with confidence and credibility
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and industry influencers
* Collaborate with internal researchers and delivery teams to ensure project success
* Maintain accurate records of all client and candidate activity using our CRM system
Requirements
* Proven track record in executive search or senior-level recruitment (typically 3+ years of experience)
* Deep sector knowledge or specialism in one or more industries (e.g., Tech, FS, Healthcare, AI)
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to win and grow client accounts
* Confident communicator with gravitas and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Excellent research, candidate assessment, and interviewing skills
* Proactive, resilient, and target-driven with a high level of integrity
