Responsibilities
* Lead an engaged and motivated team to change lives and deliver person-centred outcomes for every person we support.
* Take the lead by driving performance, setting the pace and direction within services.
* Promote a positive and passionate culture, and ensuring that services are appropriately and effectively resourced to change lives for the better.
* Drive performance and promote a positive culture within teams and across services.
* Work closely with senior leaders to provide support, training and resources that secure the continuity and delivery of quality services.
Qualifications
* Experience working in a health or social care setting, including supporting people with behaviours that require intensive support planning.
* Professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g. Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units).
* Comfortable using basic IT systems required within the role.
* Ability to hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care, i.e. Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units (Scotland) / Care Management Level 3 (England).
