Are you a recent graduate passionate about shaping communities and influencing the built environment? We're working with a highly respected planning consultancy in Bristol that's looking to bring on board a Graduate Town Planner to support their expanding team.

About the Company:
Our client is a well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality planning advice across the South West and beyond. With a growing pipeline of residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes, they’re keen to invest in the next generation of planning talent.
The Role:
As a Graduate Town Planner, you’ll work closely with senior planners and directors, gaining hands-on experience across the planning lifecycle—from research and site appraisals to preparing planning applications and attending client meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting planning applications, appeals, and site assessments
2. Conducting research and policy analysis
3. Assisting in the preparation of reports and client documentation
4. Liaising with local authorities, clients, and other consultants
What We're Looking For:
5. A degree in Town Planning or a related subject (RTPI accredited)
6. Strong communication and report writing skills
7. Enthusiastic, driven, and eager to learn
8. Ideally some work placement or internship experience in planning (not essential)
