Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abertillery for a Senior Sales Lead in Renewable Energy. The Senior Sales Lead will oversee sales operations, build and manage a high-performing sales team, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, training team members, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role also involves providing leadership to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets while upholding the company's commitment to exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in Communication and excellent Customer Service skills
* Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
* Experience in Training and coaching team members to optimize performance
* Leadership and problem-solving skills
* Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
* Experience in the renewable energy industry is highly desirable
* Proficiency working with CRM software and reporting tools is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
