Salary: £30,000.00 per annum

Customer Service & After Sales Support:
* Coordinate installation, maintenance, and service activities with internal teams and customers, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of queries.
* Maintain accurate service records, customer logs, and follow-up actions.
* Assess customer satisfaction and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
Administration, Technical Support & Planning:
* Organise and prioritise customer service workflows and schedules to ensure efficient operations.
* Plan and coordinate field visits, technical support sessions, and training activities.
* Provide basic technical guidance and troubleshooting support for EPAS products.
* Ensure installations and services comply with company standards and UK industry regulations.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in customer service, after sales support, or technical support.
* Strong administrative and planning skills, with attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM or service management systems desirable.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* A clean full UK driving licence.
Desirable
* Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing (MEP) systems.
* Familiarity with UK wastewater, drainage, or environmental compliance standards.
