We're looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Lead to join our growing marketing team. This person will play a key role in supporting campaign execution, reporting, design coordination, and day-to-day marketing operations. You'll be working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team to ensure our channels are running smoothly and delivering impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Support & Ownership: Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring marketing campaigns across email, social, direct mail, and digital channels.
* Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholder input to keep campaigns on track.
* Own campaigns end‑to‑end with support from the team, measuring success and providing recommendations.
Reporting & Insights
* Compile and maintain regular performance reports across channels to provide to the HoM and wider business.
* Help interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Support ad‑hoc reporting requests from the team.
Design & Creative Coordination
* Liaise with designers and external partners to brief and manage creative assets.
* Ensure brand consistency across all materials.
* Assist with light design tasks (e.g., Canva or similar tools).
Team & Channel Support
* Respond to ad‑hoc queries from the marketing team and wider business.
* Help maintain marketing systems, tools, and documentation.
* Support with content uploads, scheduling, and basic web updates.
* Assist with marketing spend budget management.
Key Qualifications
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines.
* Good communication and collaboration skills.
* Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Google Analytics, LinkedIn).
* A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
