🔍 Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the planning and delivery of structural steel and engineering projects from award to completion
2. Manage budgets, programmes, resources, and project documentation
3. Coordinate internal teams, site managers, fabrication teams, and subcontractors
4. Ensure all works meet safety, quality, and technical specifications
5. Chair progress meetings and provide clear reporting to senior management and clients
6. Oversee change control, variations, procurement, and risk management
