We are seeking an experienced Store Supervisor to join our team. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of performance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of professionals, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Ensure daily communication with the management team, promoting clear and effective collaboration.
* Manage store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
* Monitor sales information, making informed decisions to achieve targets and KPIs.

Requirements:
* Previous experience as a supervisor, preferably in a retail environment.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
