EHCP ADMINISTRATOR/RECEPTION SUPPORT (SEND)
Exhall Grange Specialist School is seeking an experienced EHCP Administrator to join our team. This role involves coordinating students’ Annual Reviews, preparing paperwork, producing minutes, and communicating with stakeholders. Additionally, you will support the school reception during peak hours, welcoming visitors and representing the school professionally.
Our school caters to children and young people with various needs, including Autism, social, emotional, and mental health challenges, physical difficulties, sensory impairments, and complex medical needs. All pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan, and we focus on developing skills for independence, employment, and life, guided by our core values: Respect, Resilience, Confidence, Motivation, Aspiration, and Integrity.
Essential requirements include experience with EHCPs or special educational needs administration, high accuracy and attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to safeguarding. The role also involves providing reception support at busy times, requiring organization, multitasking, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
The salary range is £24,790 - £25,183 full-time equivalent (£22,316 - £22,670 actual salary for 37 hours/week during term time plus training days and two weeks holiday).
