They’re now seeking a Management Accountant to join their Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys end-to-end management reporting, driving process improvements, and providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making. The role: Prepare monthly management accounts in line with group reporting deadlines Provide clear P&L analysis to the Head of Accounting & Financial Control, highlighting variances and key trends Conduct detailed balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow reviews as part of the monthly reporting cycle Prepare accurate cashflow forecasts for your areas of responsibility Ensure all intercompany reconciliations are completed in line with group deadlines Partner with local senior leadership to provide financial insight and support business decisions Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Lead on audit preparation, liaising with external auditors and providing timely information About you: Fully Qualified, Part Qualified, or QBE (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) Proven experience as a Management Accountant Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve and drive continuous improvement Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Comfortable working in a changing, fast-paced environment Strong communication skills, able to convey complex financial information clearly What’s on offer: £50,000 annual salary Bonus Career progression in a growing, forward-thinking company A collaborative and supportive working environment Involvement in both operational finance and business improvement projects
