What You’ll Do:
Being a Care Professional at Home Instead is a truly rewarding experience where no two days are the same. With a minimum of 1-hour visits and thoughtful client matching, you’ll have the time and support to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that makes a real impact.
You’ll be a trusted companion, a helping hand, and a source of comfort—bringing joy, dignity, and independence to the lives of older adults in your community.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Companionship – providing meaningful social interaction, emotional support, and a friendly presence
* Help with daily tasks – such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and everyday routines
* Accompanying clients – to appointments, errands, or outings that help them stay connected and active
* Personal care – assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other essentials to promote health and independence
Do you have the eye to spot changes in your client’s needs?
Families rely on us to be their eyes and ears—to notice the little things that might signal a shift in wellbeing. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and communicate clearly is key. Whether it’s liaising with colleagues, reporting concerns, or seeking support, your insight helps us deliver the highest standard of care and ensures every client is in safe, trusted hands.
