Managingclientcorrespondenceviaphone,email,portals,andmessages
Actingasthefirstpointofcontactforbothgeneralandtechnicalclientqueries
Liaisingwithplatformsandproviderstoresearchandresolvequeries
Processingpensionsandinvestmenttransactionsincludingcontributions,withdrawals,drawdowns,incomepayments,andfundswitches
MaintainingaccurateclientrecordsonIntelliflo(IO)andspreadsheets
Preparingclearandaccuratesummariesfornewclients
Reviewingsuitabilityandreviewreportstoensureaccuracyandcompliance
Monitoringandmanagingclientportalcommunications
Reviewingadvisermeetingnotesandimplementingagreedactionsandfollow-ups
