Duties:
– Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments for raw materials, tools, and finished parts
– Schedule pickups and deliveries with freight carriers, couriers, and logistics providers
– Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices
– Assist with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and warehouse logistics planning
– Ensure that all international shipments comply with relevant import/export laws
– Liaise with suppliers, carriers, production, and customer service to align logistics with production schedules and delivery deadlines
Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in logistics, or supply chain coordination
– Familiarity with domestic and international shipping procedures.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems
– Experience in a CNC or precision manufacturing environment
– Knowledge of trade compliance, and customs regulations
Pay rate:
– $26.67/ hour paid weekly every Friday
Shift:
– Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm
