Your Passion
To have a full operational knowledge of all hall porter services and procedures including valet parking.
To receive guests vehicles, issue receipt for the car and drive it to and from the car park when required
To assist guests with luggage on arrival and departure. To store and retrieve luggage as required and follow all procedures in relation to this task, including recording luggage deliveries and storage.
To assist in obtaining taxis for hotel guests and patrons
To sign for and record deliveries, book local transport and answer general questions.
To offer guests comprehensive information on local amenities, transport amenities and services.
To provide the highest guest experience possible by using professional interaction skills at all times and to handle guest feedback effectively.
To work as part of a team and show support and encouragement to colleagues.
To keep the lobby and the hotel and its entrances clean, tidy and free of litter.
To ensure correct manual handling techniques are followed at all times.
To sign in and out of every shift.
To carry out any other reasonable request at any time from Management.
Your Personality
* First experience in the field of room cleaning would be desirable; career changers are welcome
* Must have a full and clean driver licence
* Friendly appearance and good manners
* Flexibility, reliability and trustworthiness
* Great teamwork skills
* Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is acceptable.
