Branch manager

As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Shirley residential sales team. You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high-performance team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in a leadership or management role within estate agency
• A strong people leader with a passion for coaching and development
• A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Customer-focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Numerate, detail-focused and results-driven
• Full UK driving licence
