Job Title: Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home
Location: Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum
Working Hours: 39 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Young People (YPs) aged 8–17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Trauma, Neglect, Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), and Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE)
Qualifications Required:
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (required)
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years in a Residential Children’s Home
