Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting two full-time Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistants to work in Welsh-medium schools in the CF5 area of Cardiff. These roles will begin after the Easter break and run until the end of the summer term, with the potential to continue into September for the right candidates.
The Role:
Supporting teachers in Welsh-medium classrooms on a full-time basis
Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Assisting with classroom activities and supporting pupils’ learning
Helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
We are looking for candidates who:
Are fluent Welsh speakers
Have experience working with children or young people (school, care, coaching, youth work, etc.)
Are reliable, proactive, and enthusiastic
Are passionate about supporting children’s development and education
Can commit full-time from Easter until the end of the academic year
