The Opportunity
Delighted to be representing a fast-growing UK business in the building maintenance and property services sector, seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen client relationships. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will identify new opportunities, nurture existing accounts, and help expand the company’s footprint across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities across retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
* Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and maintain ongoing engagement.
* Deliver persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
* Represent the business at trade shows and networking events.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
The Person
* 1–2 years’ experience in B2B sales or account management (service-based environment preferred).
* Strong interpersonal skills – confident, engaging, and able to build rapport quickly.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client engagement.
* Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
* UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
