The property litigation department is renowned for its expertise in handling complex property issues, representing a diverse clientele that includes landlords, tenants, owners, and occupiers. The team specialises in all aspects of property litigation, working closely with colleagues to resolve disputes swiftly and cost-effectively.
The Role
As a go-to Property Litigation Solicitor, you'll dive into a variety of contentious property issues, including but not limited to:
* Business tenancy renewals (both opposed and unopposed)
* Communications Code matters
* Breach of lease covenants and lease terminations
* Service of break notices
* Dilapidations and disrepair claims
* Rent reviews and service charge recoveries
* Possession claims, including squatter evictions
* Development disputes involving restrictive covenants and overage
* Easement disputes, such as rights of way and light obstruction
Who Are We Looking For?
A qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE in Property Litigation. (NQ solicitors with a passion for property litigation and a willingness to learn will also be considered.)
Experience in landlord and tenant matters is essential.
A proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Someone local to our offices in Fareham or Worthing because commuting from Brighton is no joke!
