The Role: They are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Tax Manager to join the team. This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong tax compliance experience aiming for fast-track career progression, including a clear path to equity partnership. You will manage a team, handle a client portfolio, and provide tax compliance and advisory services, working closely with clients independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee tax compliance for a diverse client base, ensuring accurate and timely filings.
2. Provide tax advisory services, offering guidance on tax planning and efficiency; experience preferred but not essential.
3. Manage and lead a team, providing training and mentorship.
4. Meet clients independently to discuss their tax needs and offer tailored solutions.
5. Manage billing and maintain profitability for the firm.
Requirements:
* ACA/ACCA qualified, with a view to completing CTA or CTA already completed.
* Strong experience in tax compliance; experience in tax advisory is preferred.
* Background in accountancy is desirable.
* Experience with Republic of Ireland tax matters is advantageous.
* Proven team management skills.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
* Strong organizational skills and experience managing billing processes.
* Desire to succeed and grow professionally.
