Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing and Communications Executive to join our community hub team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurate and regularly updated website content, aligned to brand and basic SEO requirements.
* Timely scheduling and publishing of social media content in line with the agreed content calendar.
* Monthly performance reports with actionable insights and improvement suggestions.
* Successful operational support for key events
* A pipeline of on-brand case studies and impact stories sourced from across homes and services.
* Up-to-date marketing literature, including home flyers and core service brochures, produced in line with brand guidelines.
* Coordinated photography and videography activity, with assets organised, approved and accessible for use.
* Digital assets produced to support website, social media and advertising activity.
* Building strong relationships with other community hub departments and our team of Home Managers to ensure information flows and projects can be delivered on time
Requirements
* A bachelor’s degree and/or qualifications in marketing/communications or experience within a marketing role.
* An understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing.
* Self-starter with a can-do attitude.
* Confident talking with people and building relationships.
* Proactive, organised and able to prioritise multiple projects and tasks.
* Proficient in Microsoft software and willingness to learn and use other digital marketing platforms including social media and email.
* Experience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud.
* Knowledge of the care sector or similar regulated industries is desirable.
