You will serve as the growth engine for the UK market, owning the strategy and execution to scale a global parts network. What You Will Do
* Build, hire and lead a high‑performance team of Account Executives, coaching them on discovery, deal execution and pipeline management.

* Drive commercial engagement with major enterprise repair groups, navigating complex sales cycles with senior operations leaders and owners.
The ideal candidate
* Proven track record of leading B2B sales teams in high‑growth environments, with a focus on building sales motions from scratch.
* Strong commercial instincts with experience owning revenue targets, managing HubSpot CRMs and scaling outbound activity frameworks.
* Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coach early‑career AEs and senior closers while operating effectively in fast‑moving, unstructured environments.
