Are you a problem solver who'd like to work on varied software projects that help improve public services and the experiences of people that use them?
I'm recruiting .NET Developers at Mid and Senior level for a Software House that works with over 25 national police services, charities and international private sector companies.
They have 30 members of staff, with around 20 in the development team.
Your workload will be a mix of dynamic projects – you won't just get put on one project for a long time.
You’ll develop software across the full Microsoft stack, Web, Mobile & Cloud Applications.
Their iterative approach follows the Scrum Agile methodology, but some projects may require a different approach.
Their latest projects are utilising frameworks like .NET Core, Entity Framework, Angular/React, iOS/Android with hosting and services in Azure & AWS.
Place of work
You'll only be required to work from their Newcastle upon Tyne office one day per week.
They have free parking onsite, cycle storage/shower facilities and are also just 2 minutes from the nearest metro station.
The remaining 4 days can be worked from home, making up a total of a 37.5 hour work week.
Other benefits include 25 holidays (+8 bank holidays), opportunities to progress and grow along with the company, access to Pluralsight, conference support, and regular social events for a fun and collaborative workplace.
What are they looking for?
* 3+ years commercial experience working within a development team (ideally in a software house / consultancy).
