NEOS Engineering are working with a leading plant hire and services business that supports some of the UK’s biggest infrastructure projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and safety-focused professional to step into a leadership role, supervising operators across large-scale projects while supporting depot operations and customer delivery. The Role Supervise and coordinate operators across major projects, ensuring smooth execution and high performance. Manage depot responsibilities including receiving goods, overseeing plant, and ordering parts. Report plant damage and coordinate with mobile fitters for timely repairs. Provide hands-on support on-site, covering operators where required to maintain service levels. Lead operator meetings and support training sessions (Safety Stand Down, Eco Driver, PPE, IFE, Thumbs Up). Promote and enforce a 5-star PPE safety culture across all operators. Engage with customers on-site to maximise opportunities and build strong working relationships. Support recruitment: interviewing, inducting, and assessing new operators.
