Benefits:
Competitive salary, starting at approximately £32,000, negotiable based on experience
Monday to Friday working hours, 08:00 – 17:30

Deliver exceptional customer service to clients throughout the repair process
Assess and document vehicle damage and repair requirements accurately
Provide clear and professional communication with customers to understand their needs and concerns
Generate accurate repair quotes and cost estimates
Schedule workshop appointments and coordinate repairs efficiently
Process all necessary paperwork, invoices, and administrative tasks
Liaise effectively with insurance companies and parts suppliers
Follow up with customers post-repair to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat businessRequirements:
Previous experience within an automotive service, parts department, or similar customer-facing role is preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Basic understanding of vehicle repair processes (not essential but advantageous)
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proximity to Brighton or willingness to commute
