We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Regional Director to join our Corporate team, overseeing the Central South West region This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. Duties of this role include: Drive the commercial performance of hospitals by generating profitable revenue, managing budgets, and identifying new business opportunities. Formulate and implement business plans for the Region aligned with Circle Health Group’s strategic goals. Deliver on financial KPIs including EBITDA, revenue growth, theatre efficiency, and labour productivity. Instil a culture of clinical excellence, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards (CQC/HIS/HIW). Champion a culture of exceptional patient care and customer service throughout the Region. Build and maintain strong working relationships with consultants to drive business growth and service excellence. Provide visible leadership to Executive Directors and senior hospital teams, fostering strong engagement and motivation. Lead the implementation of central initiatives across the Region to achieve operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery. Applicants should meet the following criteria: Significant field operations experience in a senior leadership role within a complex, customer-facing environment. High level of financial awareness with a proven track record of managing large budgets and delivering profitable growth. Strong understanding of regulatory standards (e.g., CQC, HIS, HIW) and clinical governance requirements. Demonstrated expertise in change management, business planning, and delivering operational initiatives. Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage, influence, and develop diverse teams across multiple sites. Experience managing consultant relationships and driving clinical and commercial efficiencies. Background in healthcare, private medical, or related service industries.
