What You'll Do
As an HR Advisor, you'll be the go-to person for employees and managers, providing expert guidance and support across a range of HR topics. Your key responsibilities will include:
Acting as the primary interface for employees and line managers, ensuring HR policies are applied consistently and queries are resolved promptly.
Advising managers on recruitment and selection strategies.
Supporting employee relations, including capability investigations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Managing employee relationships and expectations, responding to queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Using HR systems (including Workday and Google Suite) to access, input, and compile data.
Supporting the HR Business Leader and HR Business Partners with a variety of employee relations topics.
Guiding managers and employees through the annual HR calendar and change processes.
Building and managing relationships across the business, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
What We're Looking For
We welcome applications from candidates with experience in large organisations, especially those with a generalist HR background and strong employee relations and case management experience. You'll need:
