Administrator – Stanmore School, Lanark, ML11 7RR
Hours & Salary
21 hours per week (term time only) / £12.71 per hour.

Responsibilities
* Updating service databases (MIS/iTrent/CAMI) in line with Finance/HR timetables
* Coordinating and administering finance procedures (payroll, banking, expenses, billing, customer finances and petty cash)
* Creating and inputting staff schedules, customer contracts and activity records
* Assisting staff with payroll and absence queries
* Assisting with recruitment and selection – generating offer letters, sending for references, right‑to‑work checks, PVG checks and keeping candidates engaged
* Circulating Capability Scotland’s Policies & Procedures
* General administrative tasks (photocopying, scanning, maintaining records, minute‑taking, meeting coordination and call handling)
* Liaising with estates team regarding building or vehicle maintenance and servicing
* Regular interaction with customers and their families
Qualifications & Skills
Caring, organised and proactive with a passion for supporting children with additional support needs.
Experience in administrative roles and proficiency with MS Office and SIS/MIS systems highly desirable.
