This role is ideal for a highly entrepreneurial individual who’s ready to take ownership and help shape the company’s footprint in the UK as part of a pioneering team.
Key Responsibilities
* Grow and manage relationships with customers and distributors across the UK.
* Identify, onboard, and train new partners in both established and emerging regions.
* Promote a portfolio of innovative binder solutions.
* Provide technical and commercial support to installers, ensuring they’re equipped and connected with the right distribution channels.
* Drive market development through strategic initiatives such as presentations to specifiers, participation in trade events, and targeted outreach.
* Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Candidate Profile
* Proven track record in sales within the manufacturing, chemical manufacturing, or construction materials sector.
* Skilled in developing distributor networks and managing customer relationships.
* Technical aptitude or familiarity with insulation and construction systems is advantageous.
* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel.
* Self-motivated, well-organised, and results-oriented.
* A second European language and regional flexibility are strong assets but not a necessity.
