We are currently working with one of the largest, most reputable technology consultancy organisations, supporting them with the recruitment of an azure cloud platform engineer to join a well known banking organisation they are partnered with.
This banking organisation is going through huge digital transformation and is consistently investing in digital innovation to provide the best service to their customers.
This contract is going to go until October - with potential extensions
This will be a hybrid working role (3 days per week on site in Cheshire)
Your new role
Build and secure the core Azure environment for a segregated tenant.
Deploy and configure VMs, VNets, subnets, and PaaS services.
Implement baseline security controls and policies across the platform.
Ensure network segmentation, identity integration, and governance compliance.
Support infrastructure automation and environment hardening.
Skills: Azure IaaS/PaaS, networking, security baselines, ARM/Bicep/Terraform.
