STATUS: Full Time
LOCATION: Clifton Springs Nursing Home
DEPARTMENT: Long Term Care
SCHEDULE: Evenings, 3 PM - 11 PM
What We’re Looking For:
* Compassionate Team Player: You should be patient-focused and dependable.
* Exceptional Documentation Skills: Professional behavior is a must!
* Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English, following both verbal and written instructions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Patient Care & Service: Assist residents with activities as per individualized care plans, transport them to activities, and provide emotional support to residents and families.
* Safety: Help maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents.
* Communication & Documentation: Support families, respond to resident requests promptly, and collaborate with team members.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Must possess a valid CNA certification from the New York State Education Department (NYSED).
Physical Requirements:
Medium Work - You will need to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Frequent walking, standing, or squatting is required.
Compensation:
PAY RANGE: $19.50 - $20.70
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. It may be modified in the future and is eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
