About the Role
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive costings across a diverse portfolio of projects. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Producing detailed estimates and competitive quotations
* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements
* Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
* Identifying risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost efficiencies
* Supporting project teams throughout the planning and delivery stages
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in an estimating role within construction or property services
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Effective communication and organisational abilities
* Familiarity with estimating software and Microsoft Office
