You will be part of the Futures & Derivatives Clearing (FDC) and Equities Operations Program Execution Team, a key component of the Markets Ops Transformation organization. The team drives strategic transformation and delivers Target Operating Models for FDC and Equities Operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment**What you'll do:*** Project Leadership & Delivery: Manage end-to-end projects from defining scope, milestones and deliverables with stakeholders to ensuring successful, on-time delivery meeting business needs.* Planning & Documentation: Develop comprehensive project documentation, including charters, business requirements, plans, and risk/issue logs.* Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor project progress, resources, and risks, identifying and escalating issues promptly and providing timely, clear updates and presentations to all stakeholders, including senior management.* Process Optimization: Lead business analysis efforts, clarify requirements, and drive the development and implementation of innovative, efficient processes for Equities Operations.* Risk & Compliance: Apply robust risk management practices and ensure regulatory compliance to protect the firm's reputation.* Team & Collaboration: Drive resource planning and foster strong cross-functional collaboration across Business, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and other departments.* Strategic Initiatives: Champion change management and undertake additional strategic projects/tasks as required.**What we'll need from you:*** Previous experience and knowledge of Equities preferred* Project Manager/Business Analyst experience* CAPM, PMP, PgMP and/or MBA are a plus* Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to persuade and influence others; may negotiate with external parties.**Education:*** GCSE English & Maths**What we can offer you:**We work hard to have a positive financial and social impact on the communities we serve.
