We have an existing opportunity to join our South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Performance and Support Service Team based in East Kilbride Local Office, East Kilbride.

Responsibilities
* As a Grade 1 Level 4 Clerical Assistant, you will liaise with internal colleagues and external agencies to arrange and provide a range of specialist and general clerical tasks including a specialist minute taking service to support the Family Placement Team.
* You will undertake a wide variety of admin duties including data inputting to our Social Work Case Management system, providing a word processing service, minute taking, arranging meetings using the Outlook facility, maintaining spreadsheets, answering and fielding phone calls and other general admin tasks to support operational colleagues.
Qualifications and Skills
* We welcome applications from people who are enthusiastic and motivated and have excellent IT skills, organisational skills, communication skills and experience in minute taking.
Notes
* All applicants who meet the initial criteria will be required to undertake a minute taking test prior to attending for interview.

* Hours: 17.5 per week
