The Opportunity We are recruiting for a PA to join our London team on a fixed term contract for 12 months. This is a varied, fast-paced position offering a high level of responsibility and visibility within the business. You’ll provide direct support to the Equity Partners and senior team members, ensuring operational efficiency, effective diary and email management, and a well-organised working environment. You’ll be a proactive and dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll understand the value of discretion, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be confident in working with senior stakeholders across the business. What you need to do to be effective in this role Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Equity Partners and wider senior leadership team Manage calendars and inboxes, ensuring priorities are aligned with business needs Handle incoming emails, calls, post, and other correspondence, delegating where appropriate on behalf of the Equity Partners Coordinate management meetings, including agenda preparation, producing documentation, planning logistics, taking meeting minutes and collating actions ensuring any follow ups are completed. Produce professional documents, reports, and briefing packs (both hard and soft copy) Support internal governance processes, tracking actions and managing sensitive documents Greet and manage visitors, maintaining a professional front-of-house presence Raise and manage purchase orders and approvals on behalf of Equity Partners Process expenses, mileage claims, and corporate expenditure Support event management both internally and externally liaising with clients and suppliers as required Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of communication and documentation Be able to prioritise and support the broader London office when necessary The skills and experience you need to have for this role Previous PA or EA experience at senior level, ideally in a consultancy or professional services environment Proven administrative / office management background Ability to manage multiple diaries, meetings, and inboxes with ease Experience in internal and external event planning and delivery First Aid trained (or willingness to be trained) Personal Attributes High attention to detail, particularly in document preparation and written communication Strong verbal and written communication abilities Confident, professional, and personable with a customer service mindset Adaptable and solution-oriented, with a calm, can-do approach Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential matters
