* Lead and deliver business change initiatives across large-scale engineering teams, ensuring smooth adoption within frontline maintenance operations.
* Develop and execute effective communications strategies and materials tailored to varied stakeholder groups.
* Build, manage, and optimise SharePoint sites to enhance programme visibility and engagement.
* Conduct change impact assessments and support stakeholder engagement and readiness planning.
* Collaborate with project teams to drive change activities with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
* Track, review, and report on change and communication delivery, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.
