Administrator and Customer Support Specialist
Location: Bristol | Salary: £25,000‑£29,250 (DOE) | Full‑time, Permanent (one day home working)
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with customers and ensure departments are kept up to date
* Resolve queries and log customer issues
* Diary management and control, scheduling of meetings
* Updating and managing the database and legal paperwork
* Conduct research as required
Qualifications & Experience
* Ideally 2–3 years in an administration position (less experience may be considered)
* Strong personality and excellent customer service focus
