We are looking for a customer service advisor to join our retail savings team. Working for a bank in the centre of Manchester, this is a really exciting career opportunity. What you will do in the role of Customer Service Associate?
1. Work closely with the Savings Team and Team Leader
2. Deliver exceptional service for our customers
3. During quieter periods you will have opportunities to support to the wider business
4. Be the first point of contact with our savings customers on the phone and via email
5. Help customers with the opening and ongoing running of their accounts.
6. Ensure accurate and timely response to customer queries.
7. Meet service level agreements for processes as specified by the Savings Manager.
8. Liaise with the wider business, including Cash Operations, Change and Finance.
9. Represent the Savings team including ross functional projects providing insight for process improvements.
10. Ensure all retail processes are completed efficiently and accurately.
11. Complaints to be dealt with effectively by following internal processes.
What we are looking for as the role of Customer Service Associate?
12. Previous experience within a call centre or customer service office based role would be ideal Someone who has dealt with customers in retail or hospitality and is comfortable in a fast paced environment would also be great for this role
