We’re recruiting HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapists to join our client as OT Assessors in Reading. This hybrid role combines home working with on-site functional assessments at your local consultation centre. You’ll complete structured assessments for individuals applying for disability‑related benefits, helping decision‑makers understand how health conditions impact daily living and functional independence. This is a non-clinical, non-treatment role with full training provided. What You’ll Do Carry out telephone, video or face‑to‑face functional assessments in a supportive, non-pressured environment Analyse how physical, cognitive and mental health conditions affect capability to work.
