B2B Telesales Administrator
Trading since 1978, Tynechem are an established supplier to Pharmacies, Medical & NHS Centres, and Wholesalers throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. We are looking to recruit a full-time, enthusiastic B2B telesales administrator to join our busy sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and self-motivated individual who is driven to achieve results. You will receive a base salary at National Minimum Wage, with the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through uncapped commission based on sales performance.
You will be working on order processing, developing new customer accounts, and building strong relationships with our existing clients to help drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
* Contact potential and existing customers over the phone to promote and sell our products
* Complete accurate sales forms and process orders efficiently
* Build rapport and answer customer questions confidently and effectively
* Close sales and work to achieve agreed targets
* Act professionally and respectfully with customers and colleagues
* Go the "extra mile" to maximise sales opportunities and secure future business
* Focus on continual development to improve performance and consistency
Requirements
* Previous telesales or sales/customer service experience preferred
* Track record of working towards targets or quotas
* Comfortable using IT systems (Microsoft Office/Excel, Sage 50 Pro, and sales software such as Blue Alligator)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work at a fast pace, multitask, and organise your own time effectively
* Motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection professionally
* Positive 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to learn
