With the use of CAD, the successful Design Technician will be accountable for producing, checking, and processing accurate drawings and specifications, checking documentation such as specifications and survey reports, and liaising with clients and different departments within the business as appropriate. Skills & Experience Required: * Proven technical design experience gained from a construction or architectural environment * CAD experience, with the ability to understand and interpret technical architectural drawings * An accurate, methodical approach to work, with excellent attention to detail. * Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work calmly under pressure and meet strict deadlines * A high degree of professionalism., with a strong work ethic * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. * Accurate typing skills As well as the opportunity to flourish in an employee focussed culture, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package which are out of this world, and unrivalled in the region.
