Care Co-ordinator for Homecare Team
About the Role
Enfield Carers Centre is seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality care services to carers and their families. This role involves coordinating care schedules, supporting care staff, and ensuring compliance with care standards and regulations.
* Key Responsibilities
o Plan and coordinate Care Support Worker schedules (monthly, weekly, daily)
o Ensure all shifts are covered and rotas are distributed on time
o Participate in the on-call rota, out of hours phone to fulfil visits and deal with emergencies as necessary
o Conduct needs assessments, risk assessments, and care plan reviews
o Respond to client and staff enquiries via phone and email
o Support recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff
o Maintain accurate records and report incidents to senior management
o Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards
o Build relationships with service users and represent their views
o Contribute to service development and promotional activities
Hours & Pay
This is a Permanent, Full Time post.
Holiday: 25 days and Bank Holidays
Salary: £26,000 Per Annum
