This position involves designing and delivering specialist mental health nursing simulations and skills training, focusing on areas such as risk management, mental state assessment, and therapeutic relationship development. Key Responsibilities:
* Developing skills, knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of mental health nursing students through simulation and skills teaching.

* Contributing to curriculum planning to ensure professional and clinical credibility of simulated practice components.
* Supervising, marking, and assessing coursework and examinations, providing feedback as part of a module team.
