Job Description
3. Manage a caseload of executry files, ensuring timely and accurate administration.
4. Prepare and submit applications for Confirmation to the relevant authorities.
5. Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties to gather necessary information and provide updates.
6. Draft and review legal documents, including wills and powers of attorney.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Maintain accurate and organised case records and documentation.
9. Assist with the distribution of estates and preparation of accounts.
10. Provide general administrative support to the legal team as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executry Paralegal should have:
11. Previous experience in estate administration or a similar legal role.
12. A strong understanding of executry processes and relevant legislation.
13. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
